Burlington, N.C.- NAA’s top agency managers met for a 2 day meeting to share how they are growing their business despite the recent economic woes for most.

A gathering of leaders rallied at the NAA headquarters to discuss how a 90 day push can grow the agencies and double up production. Several managers spoke of getting back to the basics of being a leader and the principles of the company.

A shift in focus is what elevated agency managers, Jason and Tawny Carey of CA, Mark Womack of FL, and Kirk and Peggy Falk of MD to growth in a span of 90 days.

NAA’s National Director of Sales, John Kight also got back to basics by asking, “What takes longer, the foundation or the house?” He continued, “Leadership starts with you.”
