Maxwell Coaches Insurance Agents on Leadership
Raleigh, NC - John Maxwell made a second annual appearance at the National Agents Alliance Leadership Conference at the new convention center in Raleigh, NC. Maxwell spoke to over 1,400 agents from across the country about the laws of leadership.
“Your leadership ability determines the level of success of your organization,” said Maxwell. “No one ever says, ‘We have too many great leaders.’” He continues, “If a person can lead, they will be successful. Developing yourself as a leader is a process. It does not happen overnight.” According to John Maxwell, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”
NAA’s agents traveled to Raleigh for inspiration and training from leaders among the organization along with key-note speaker John Maxwell.
