Born and raised in Garland, Texas, Kameron Wilson has a lot to smile about these days. Kameron is excited about her marriage, helping people, and growing her agency.
Kameron graduated from the University of North Texas where she earned a bachelor's degree in journalism/advertising with a business concentration in marketing. She worked her way through the early stages of her college career as a cocktail waitress at a fine dining restaurant. She then earned her insurance license and worked for Aflac for four months. Kameron became involved with NAA while she had one year of college remaining.
"A friend of mine had his license and told me that he loved it and said he was making good money," Kameron said. "I met him at Alex Fitzgerald's office and just knew this was where I was supposed to be. Of course, I had no idea how perfect this was going to be for me." What Kameron loves most about NAA is the genuineness, leadership, integrity, honesty, realness, and life-changing aspect of the company.
"I know that this company is very rare for the sole fact that it not only is growing me into a better person, it causes me to look at every other area of my life and helps me strive to reach the potential I know I am capable of. I will have an agency of people that LOVE helping people, and I will be a great leader with NAA to thank."
Kameron credits her success to her leader and mentor Alex Fitzgerald, the NAA owners Andy Albright, Barry Clarkson and Philip Hudgins -- listening to all of the conference calls put out by NAA, the books recommended by the top leaders, and following the Eight Team Player Steps.
"You have to learn diligence," Kameron said. "We have the opportunity to change people's lives. To walk into a home and give the family a wonderful product and also be able to change their life that is a blessing."
Kameron's advice for new agents is to listen to the top leaders and copy them exactly and to follow the NAA Eight Team Player Steps. She plans to have a large agency with more than $5 million in annual production.
Kameron and her husband John have three pit bulls -- Mavy, Suede and Julius. When Kameron isn't working, she loves traveling to Lake Tahoe and enjoys skiing.
Kameron's personal goals are to be married forever, to be diligent in her work, to daily work on herself, and to always be able to help people. She also wants to be able to donate money to help cancer patients and to fund college scholarships for deserving students.
My husband and I want to grow an agency of at least 500 people and make a yearly income of at least $5 million dollars," Kameron said. "I want to surround myself with millionaires that not only have money but have wisdom and a healthy wealth mentality."
