As NAA's "millionaire maker," Ralph Simpson has built his insurance agency "one application at a time." His constant efforts to both protect American families and help his growing agents have brought him to the pinnacle of success. But it was not always such an easy climb.

Ralph is one of six children brought up in a modest home in Northern England. He got started on his business journey at the age of 18, when he purchased his first income-producing real estate. At the age of 20, after graduating from college, he bought a $30 kit from a local newspaper ad on how to start a business. Ralph read the information, and immediately rented a small office and opened up a travel agency. Within 10 minutes of opening his doors, Ralph had his first client, who in turn began referring more and more clients to the agency. Ralph, realizing his potential, began buying more businesses. But the overhead and time involved in running these businesses began to take their toll.

Ralph and wife Dawn eventually sold all of their businesses, paid off all of the debts they had accumulated, and decided to move to the United States in pursuit of the "American Dream." Unfortunately, paying off their debts left them with very little money. When they arrived in Florida, they only had $1,500. Ralph promised Dawn that they would not return to England until they had $1 million in the bank. It was a promise he would keep.

Trying to make a living in Florida with no money to fall back on was not easy for the Simpsons. Ralph bought a car for $300 and a Polaroid camera and sold pictures to tourists on the beach. He also worked at a car wash. Dawn worked cleaning apartments. It was not the lifestyle that either of them was used to or hoping for. But their dream was still clear and their determination unwavering. Over the next several years, Ralph built several businesses and was able to sell them profitably. He and Dawn, along with daughter Chelsea, settled into retirement. But Ralph decided that he was too young and still had too much energy to stop building his dream. He decided to get into real estate, and it was while he was getting his real estate license that he discovered the potential of mortgage protection insurance. He found NAA via an online ad and was introduced to the opportunity. He and his family moved to Texas and began building their agency.

Ralph refused to use any of the money he had earned through his other businesses in his insurance business. He funded his NAA agency completely through his personal production. He traveled to wherever the leads were and became a very successful agent. Ralph then began recruiting, and his agency flourished.

When training new agents, Ralph tells them, "It will work as long as you plug into the system, listen to the conference calls, buy the mp3's, and listen to your manager." To ensure the success of his agents, he makes himself available and holds daily conference calls. He has hosted managers' retreats at his lake house, which have been highly motivating and profitable for those invited. Ralph sees NAA as "becoming massive" and says that "anybody not riding the wave is going to miss out."

In his business, Ralph strives to create new millionaires. He wants to see his agents "move from financial struggles to financial freedom." Personally, Ralph wants to net $1 million dollars a month for 12 straight months.

The Simpson family firmly believes that "when you make it, give some back." Most Thanksgivings, Ralph, Dawn and Chelsea volunteer at a local soup kitchen. Each Christmas, they invite underprivileged children into their home, where each child receives a gift from Santa Claus. They also provide financial support for orphanages all over the world. Ralph understands the importance of family very well. He picks Chelsea up from school most days and spends time helping her with her homework. During family times, the Simpsons, along with their eldest daughter Marcia, son in law Eric, and grandsons Cameron and Monte, enjoy each other?s company at their lake house retreat, boating, fishing and just relaxing.
