In March of 2002, Stephen Davies made a decision which would forever change his life: he joined NAA. Three years later, Stephen is living life with no regrets. "Before, I was working lots of hours, over 70 a week and my wife still had to work. Even with all those hours, we were just getting by. All that's changed. My wife stays home to raise our son and I work a lot less."

Stephen was born in Florida and raised in North Carolina. After attending Southwestern College he began a career in insurance sales. After struggling early on, Stephen found himself attracted to both the business potential and strong integrity offered by NAA and its leaders. Working for a company where the various agencies work as a team was a new experience for Stephen. "Even when we are competing with each other, we are all still buddies and help each other."

Stephen's dedication and commitment to NAA is apparent. He recalls showing up for one appointment, only to find his car wouldn't make it up the steep muddy drive. Undaunted, he hopped on the back of a borrowed 4-wheeler and trudged his way up to make a sale. He then drove it on to some other referrals.

Stephen, wife Hollie, and son Chandler live in Arden, located in the mountains of North Carolina. Guiness the cat and Slash the dog complete the family. Now that they are no longer in debt, the Davies family has enjoyed a major lifestyle change. They travel to both tropical islands and snowy slopes. Stephen plays ice hockey and recently purchased a new stick that hasn't been made available to the public yet! He also plays golf, loves surfing, and catches as many concerts as possible. In addition, Stephen pursues more philosophical challenges, such as constantly striving to better himself. "My goal each day is to try and do at least one thing better than the day before."

Stephen, Hollie, and Chandler are all frequent guests at NAA functions and trips. Family is so important to Stephen that he even brought his father, Kevin, and brother, Glenn, into the business. These days, it is common to see all three of the Davies men on the company's leader boards. And it doesn't stop there. Stephen plans to "grow this business large enough that Glenn and Dad get richer than they ever imagined and create 10 million dollar earners before I turn 30." There is no doubt he will succeed!
