Job Description

Our Sales Support – Inbound / Outbound Call Marketing Analyst will work with the most progressive direct-mail lead generation system in the industry. As our Sales Support Representative, you will assist in marketing our national inventory of leads across the U.S to existing clients that are looking to invest and grow their business. This is a high volume, high velocity model that needs excellent communication skills and confidence to be able to quickly up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to our clients.

Our inside sales team is located in Burlington, NC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Perform timely, outbound calls and follow up to high inbound volume inquires.
  • Qualify and direct independent consultants to appropriate areas.
  • Fill pipeline with opportunities created by on-going relationships with independent consultants.
  • Identify prospective revenue opportunities for our team to increase lead generation and distribution.
  • Contribute to achieving/exceeding company's goals by conducting solution-oriented ideas to better promote our inventory and assist in new lead creation ideas.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Two years of inside sales experience preferred.
  • Self-starter with energetic and positive work ethic!
  • Strong team orientation and successful track record
  • Excellent verbal, phone and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of general computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
