A conference call is a wonderful training tool, and National Agents Alliance hosts several each week. On Wednesday, Andy Albright shares insight and inspiration on The Wednesday Call. On Thursday you can enjoy product-specific training from various hosts who help you better understand the products available to your clients. On Friday is The NAActivity call which is a time to review your activity for the week and establish new objectives for the week ahead. Individual agencies often hold their own weekly conference calls, and departments within the NAA Headquarters host theirs as well throughout the month.
